At an existing plant, a horizontal screen was replaced with a high-performance MOGENSEN MSizer Extend. The goal was to increase throughput, maintain high screening efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements at the same time.
Especially when processing demanding materials such as aluminium salt slag, our MSizer stands out thanks to its long service life and simplified screen cloth replacement. This reduces maintenance costs and increases plant availability.
The same solution can also be applied to many other dry bulk materials. Depending on the screening requirements, the MSizer can reliably process particle sizes ranging from 0 to 100 mm.
